About our Kitten Food
A high quality diet is the most essential factor in a kitten's physical development. Most kittens are completely weaned at 6-8 weeks of age. Food that is easily digested and contains high quality caloric density, is required for a kitten's healthy growth. Feeding is recommended at least 3 times/day.
Research suggests that the best option for both healthy kittens and those with medical conditions is a complete and balanced, handmade diet. That’s where we come in with our fresh-frozen meals.
Our accredited veterinary nutritionist, with 30+ years of experience in small animal medicine and clinical nutrition, formulates tailored diets prepared in our kitchen with human-grade, high-quality ingredients.
Various meal plans can be chosen that are hypoallergenic, rich in essential nutrients and customised to your kitten's specific needs.
We add ingredients that are sensitive to high temperatures, such as: oils, vitamins, minerals, taurine, carnitine, when meals are at room temperature and ready to be packed. Our handmade meals are minimally processed to maintain the quality of the ingredients.
Our meals for kittens contain 10% of nutritious crunchy dried handmade food particles that require chewing. The crunchy texture is both pleasurable for kittens and beneficial for teeth cleaning. Literature recommends exposing kittens to different food textures to prevent texture preferences and fussy eating habits during adult years.
Compare the different types of kitten food selling on the market with our Artisan Handmade meals and you will observe a difference. Our meals are created with expertise and passion by Veterinarians and Veterinary Nutritionists who understand and respect their craft, allowing you to feed your beloved pet perfectly healthy and irresistible meals.
